These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BillAudit Pro ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
BillAudit Pro is a software tool designed to assist users in parsing, organizing, and reviewing telecom and utility billing data. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to enter into contracts to use this Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
⚠ IMPORTANT: BillAudit Pro makes absolutely no guarantees, representations, or warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of parsed output or data generated by the Service.
The bill parsing engine interprets data from uploaded documents using automated pattern recognition. This process is inherently imperfect. Results may be incomplete, incorrectly categorized, or miss charges entirely. Do not take any financial, legal, or business action based solely on output from BillAudit Pro without independently verifying all figures against your original source documents.
BillAudit Pro is NOT a certified billing auditing firm, legal or financial advisor, responsible for errors in your bills, affiliated with any carrier, or liable for decisions made based on parsed output.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BILLAUDIT PRO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES, BILLING DISPUTES, OR MISSED CHARGES.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use and cancel your subscription.
All paid subscriptions are processed via PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your PayPal account at the rate of your selected plan.
Current plans: Starter — 3-day free trial then $19/mo · Professional — 3-day trial at $10 then $49/mo · Enterprise — 5-day trial at $25 then $99/mo. Subscription fees are billed monthly. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. No refunds for partial billing periods.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. To cancel, log in to your account dashboard and navigate to Account → Subscription → Cancel, or contact support. Cancellations confirmed by email within 24 hours. Upon cancellation, your data may be retained up to 30 days before deletion. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
We collect: account information (name, email, plan); payment info processed and stored securely by PayPal — we never store your payment details; usage analytics; and bill content processed in your browser (not stored server-side unless you explicitly save a session).
We use your information to provide the Service, process payments, send service communications, and improve the product through aggregate analytics. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not display advertising. We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and database services, and PayPal for payments — their respective privacy policies govern those interactions.
Bill documents are processed client-side in your browser when possible. We are not responsible for the sensitivity of the billing data you choose to upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any documents submitted. Do not upload documents containing Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal identifiers beyond what is necessary for bill auditing. You retain ownership of all data you upload.
